I worked for Save the Children for most of the 1990s, initially as Head of IT and then as programme manager for the Finance Overseas Group. Since leaving SC I have returned to the commercial sector and run a series of major enterprise change programmes for organisations including Hilton and the government of Abu Dhabi.
