On Sunday 10th March, our highly regarded Save the Children Denmark colleague, Tamirat Mulu Demessie, was among 157 who tragically lost their lives in the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash flying from Addis to Nairobi. Tamirat was an incredibly well-liked and respected colleague to so many across the movement, including many in SCUK, particularly those in the Humanitarian Technical Unit and Child Protection teams.
