If you wish to remain a remain a member of the Alumni Association, but not receive emails and newsletters please email us using the address below stating you wish to be removed from our mailing lists with a subject ‘Remove from Mailing’. Once we have processed your request, you will receive no further emails from us.
If you wish to leave the Alumni Association entirely (and have your membership account removed), please email us using the address below stating you wish to leave the Association with a subject ‘Leaving the Association’. We will in that case:
- Remove your login account
- Remove your contact details from our membership database
- Remove you from all email lists
- Anonymise any forum posts you have made
