having come across the advert for new trustees at SC (https://jobs.savethechildren.org.uk/vacancy/trustees-4447/4473/description/) , i was curious to know how many former employees have made the journey to become trustees?

Having spent just over a year working for SC, i was amazed by the incredible work that was being undertaken. I would be lying if i said it was all brilliant as there were a number of things I would encourage be done differently as well with my private sector hat on.

This lead me to asking the question – how many former colleagues have gone on to become trustees and influence the direction of the organisation? They could bring some valuable insights having worked there and experiencing the good and not so brilliant work undertaken and provide some useful insights.
